After commenting in detail by H. Hofmann, explained to the city councils and yet very many Windsheimer citizens in the City Council meeting on Thursday evening that the application of the SPD / UB is not lawful (because the public decisions ) and of rejecting the run (according to H. Lorz LRA and the parent body).
The city council can decide only about whether the application will be approved. Insight would get it but not yet, because that will decide the appropriate Point in the LRA. After a sometimes heated debate in which the first Mayor of the expertise of the Water Management Office, spoke to a few passages (but only those that fit him, according to I.
